TIMING
Where custom is concerned, the more time the better! Please contact us at least two months before you need to mail your invitations, but longer is preferable. We want to be sure your invitation is perfect, and often custom and corporate invitations require sourcing new materials or manufacturing custom pieces. They may also require approvals from many individuals, which can take time. A typical schedule might look like this:

Design Phase: 2 - 10 weeks, including sourcing, design, and proof approvals.

Manufacturing and Fulfillment Phase: 6 - 8 weeks, including manufacturing custom pieces, assembling invitations, boxing, labeling, and shipping.

PRICING

Custom projects vary dramatically in pricing, depending on quantity and complexity. Our custom projects have varied from $15 per invitation for metal or wood invitations that mail in envelopes up to $100+ per invitation for multi-dimensional invitations that mail in the highest end tailor-made boxes and require fulfillment. Please contact us with your requirements and let us find the right solution for your needs and budget.

QUANTITIES
Please note that metal invitations require a minimum order of 50 invitations. Other materials can often be produced in smaller quantities.

FOR STANDARD METAL AND WOOD INVITATIONS: Please allow 2 business days for your initial PDF proof via email. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of final approval for delivery of your invitations.

FOR CUSTOM AND CORPORATE INVITATIONS: Please allow at least 8 weeks to create your invitations (longer, if possible): 2 weeks for the design phase and 6 weeks for the manufacturing and fulfillment phase.

FOR CUSTOMIZED GIFT PRODUCTS: Customized gift products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

FOR NON-CUSTOMIZED GIFT PRODUCTS: All non-customized gift products will ship within 3 business days of purchase.
