Frequently Asked Questions
When will my items be shipped?
We request 2-5 days for shipping. We ship as soon as possible, but some items require customization, which takes time. We are excited to prepare, package, and ship your items!
Shipping times are calculated with business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. If you haven’t received your items within two weeks of ordering, please contact Hello@InspiredIndigo.com.
Where are my items shipping from?
All items will be shipped from our workshop near Cleveland, Ohio.
How will my items be shipped?
Items are shipped out by USPS or UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?
Once an order has been submitted, we can not guarantee changes or cancelations. Please contact us ASAP if there is an error with your order. If customization has begun or if an order has already been packaged, we cannot make changes or cancelations without incurring additional charges.
How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?
Shipping is based off of item weight and size and distance of shipment.
What if my package is returned to the seller as undeliverable?
We cannot refund returned packages containing CUSTOMIZED items. Any packages of NON-CUSTOMIZED items returned to Inspired Indigo that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order unless the package is returned after the package is 40 days old. Packages older than 25 days will be refunded as store credit.
Can I return my order?
Customized items are not eligible for a refund. For non-customized items, If you don't love your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please contact us at Hello@InspiredIndigoShop.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return and we can connect you with the seller.
What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that your send your order number, and a picture of the issue. DO NOT throw away the packaging, including the box your product arrives in - your refund may depend on it. As with returns, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase of your order.
